We organise local and international events and cooperate with international partners. We offer internships in countries and institutions of educational innovation.
Short-term traineeships abroad
We consider the human touch to be an essential part of our mission. That's why we have invited educators, educational innovators and other members of the education community to participate in short-term study visits to Edtech centres and schools in different countries.
Participants shared their practical experience gained abroad on how to successfully apply technological solutions in education in their own communities - schools, colleges and universities.
The EdTech Centre has organised 9 traineeships to different countries. The internships took place in Finland, Norway, Israel, Estonia, Spain and South Korea. The trainees were introduced to the Lithuanian situation and breakthroughs in the implementation of digital learning tools and processes in the education system, were interested in EdTech innovations being developed in the countries, and learnt how they can help to make teaching more effective. Another 3 internships took place in the UK and Germany. The trainees participated in the BETT and Didacta exhibitions in Germany for two consecutive years.
Events for the education community
We encourage you to actively participate in the project activities: events in Lithuanian and English, trainings, studies, pilot activities. We invite schools and teachers to disseminate and share best practices with each other, thus strengthening the efficiency of the education system.
